Conditions
SERVICES INCLUDED:
The price includes half board (excluding drinks), and free use of the swimming pool, hot tub and gym at our Paradise Club Center (open daily from 10.00-19.00) connected to the hotel by an underground tunnel.
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED:
- Beauty Farm treatments, booking in advance is recommended: (+39) 0461/581206
- Spa (€12 per person or €30 for 3 people) open throughout the summer for bookings of at least 10 people.
Complimentary use of the Paradise Club Center on the day of your departure is not included (discounted price).

GENERAL INFORMATION PRICES:
PRICES
Prices are valid for stays of at least 3 days and are understood to be per person/day.
A surcharge of 10 euros per person/day shall be applied to stays shorter than 3 days.
Prices are per person/day in a standard room.
Surcharges for other rooms:
- SUPERIOR: +10/15 euros per night
- JUNIOR SUITE: + 20/30 euros per night
- SUITE: + 30/45 euros per night
Depending on availability, you may be able to check out in the afternoon for a surcharge of:
- 20 euros for Standard rooms
- 25 euros for Superior rooms
- 30 euros for the Junior Suite
- 35 euros for the Suite
SHORT STAYS
A surcharge of 10 euros per person/day shall be applied to stays shorter than three days.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Your room will be available from 14:00. We kindly ask you to check-out by 10:00 on the day of your departure.
INSURANCE
Insure your holiday against cancellation or early departure for a surcharge.
REFUND:
No refund shall be given should you fail to use your booking.
REGULAR GUESTS:
All our regular guests will receive a 10% discount when they book at least 7 consecutive nights each year (excluding peak season).
CANCELLATION:
Cancelling a booking is regrettable both for you and for us. Please note that, in accordance with European Legislation, you shall be obligated to pay for the nights you have booked in the event of cancellation (30 days prior to the check-in date) or in the event of late arrival or early departure.
DOGS:
Unfortunately you will not be able to bring your four-legged friends with you as our hotel is not equipped to accommodate animals.
PAYMENT:
You can pay in cash, or by debit or credit card. A photocopy of your identity card/passport is required if paying by cheque.
CHILD DISCOUNTS AND SURCHARGES:
Children under the age of 2: free if sleeping in the parents' bed (excluding peak season), with all extras subject to charge; or 15 euros per night for cot with side rails (20 euros for stays shorter than 4 nights) - meals and extras subject to charge
Children aged 2-5 years: 50% discount
Children aged 6-11 years: 30% discount
3°/4° additional bed: 10% discount
Single bed surcharge: 12 euros per night
Double bed surcharge for single occupant: 25 euros per night

Surcharge of 10 euros per night per person for stays shorter than 3 nights
SPECIAL DISCOUNT FOR GROUPS OF AT LEAST 15 PEOPLE.
HOW TO BOOK:
You can book by sending an email to info@hotelbelvedere.it or by phoning our office on (+39) 0461-583185 or through Booking.
The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit/payment within 15 days from the date of booking, which may be made by postal order to HOTEL BELVEDERE SNC - Via Risorgimento n.2 - 38010 FAI DELLA PAGANELLA (TRENTO) or by bank transfer to Cassa Rurale Giudicarie Valsabbia Paganella. Fai branch:
